I know what it takes to perform — and what it feels like when mindset gets in the way. As an athlete that has competed internationally, I’ve faced the pressure, setbacks and self-doubt that come with competitive sport.
My passion for sports psychology comes from both lived experience and rigorous training. I hold both undergraduate and master’s degrees in Sport and Exercise Psychology and I’ve completed the BASES (British Association for Sport and Exercise Sciences) accreditation pathway meaning I am HCPC registered.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of athletes — from academy footballers to GB para-athletes and national youth teams — helping them develop the mental tools to thrive in high-performance environments.
I also co-host The Young Player Wellbeing Podcast, where I speak to leading voices in youth athlete mental health and psychology. These conversations constantly push my thinking and keep my methods fresh, practical, and grounded in what athletes actually need.
Whether I’m working with individuals or teams, I bring energy, honesty, and a flexible approach — always with the goal of helping you perform at your best without losing your love for the game.
