Whilst I am based in London, I am open to travel be that UK or abroad and the online element of my services mean that I can support you no matter where you are in the world. 

Whilst I have significant experience in Football, running and tennis I have worked across a range of sports and believe a person, organisation and team are all individually different. Therefore, I value their perspective and work collaboratively with the client to ensure each programme is specifically tailored to them. Taking into account features such as team dynamics, experience and perspectives. 

Support from A.C. Sports Psychology goes further than just individual sessions. The workshops and one to ones are viewed as the locker room. Where strategies, tools and skills are discussed, and life is where the real training happens. This means that communication and support is consistently available, so you feel supported both within and outside of sessions.
